Shipping policy

Korelax offers worldwide shipping where service is available. All delivery times seen in this shipping policy are estimates based on our courier's information.

U.S. Orders (Domestic)

Standard Shipping (tracking included):
Free shipping over $25 USD.
Most standard shipments should arrive within 2-5 business days after your shipping confirmation email is received.

Express/Priority shipping (tracking included):
Most express shipments should arrive within 2-3 business days after your shipping confirmation email is received.

International Orders

Free shipping over $50 USD.
Shipping costs are determined by zones (total distance and logistics). Delivery times vary greatly based on the country and it's location relative to USA. You can expect international deliveries to arrive within 1-4 weeks. Refer to the Shipping Times Breakdown page for approximate shipping times to your country.

These times may be delayed for a number of reasons, including delays in customs processing within your destination country, or other factors beyond our control. Due to these factors, we cannot guarantee that international shipments will arrive within the above timeframe and ask that you please plan accordingly.

Please note International orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). This means Korelax handles all transport costs and risks to the destination. You, the buyer/the customer, are responsible for any (if applicable) local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

FOR EU CUSTOMERS: From 1 July 2026 the EU abolished the €150 duty-free de
minimis threshold and replaced it with a flat customs duty on low-value
imports. It's a temporary €3 flat duty applied per item (typically a single
€3 charge per order), running until 1 July 2028. This €3 duty is charged in
addition to standard import VAT (at your country's rate) and any customs
clearance or handling fee added by your postal or courier service. On
smaller orders, the handling fee is often the largest of these charges.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

Please investigate your country's imported goods tax laws and consider this additional fee when checking out, as there is no way for us to pay this on your behalf.
